Expand description

Validates instance against the JSON Schema schema.

For safety, schemas containing $ref, $dynamicRef, or $recursiveRef values that are not local (#/...) references are rejected rather than fetched.

ยงErrors

Returns SigmfError::InvalidMetadata if the schema contains a remote reference, is not a valid JSON Schema, or instance does not conform to it (the message lists every validation error).
