Decodes a block of complete frames into samples.

data must contain a whole number of frames for datatype and channel_count channels. The result holds one SampleValue per channel per frame, in on-disk order. See the module documentation for an example.

Errors

Returns SigmfError::InvalidMetadata if channel_count is zero, the frame size overflows, or data ends with an incomplete frame.
