) -> Result<u64, SigmfError>

Returns the number of frames in dataset_bytes bytes of sample data.

dataset_bytes must exclude any capture header and trailing bytes.

Errors

Returns SigmfError::InvalidMetadata if channel_count is zero, the frame size overflows, or dataset_bytes is not a whole number of frames.
