An entry in the core:extensions array declaring a SigMF extension.

Each extension whose namespace is used in a metadata file should be declared so readers know which extension specification (and version) to apply and whether they may safely ignore it.

Fields

name: String

Extension namespace name, e.g. antenna (name).

version: String

Version of the extension specification in use (version).

optional: bool

Whether the extension may be ignored by readers that do not support it (optional); false means the extension is required to interpret the recording correctly.
